What is PEIPT 2010?
Pameran Ekonomi Islam Pantai Timur 2010 is an inaugural promotion program in Malaysia that provides a platform for both consumer and financial provider to discuss on Islamic financial products.. It will act as a one stop centre that gather Islamic banks, Takaful operator, financial institutions and associations that will features their financial products and investment opportunity based on Islamic principle which will benefit consumers. The program will also include a section on Islamic entrepreneurship which will be headed by Persatuan Pengguna Islam Malaysia (PPIM).
It is estimated around 20 entrepreneurs under the wings of PPIM will also participate and showcase their products and services in this program, making a total expected participants between the Islamic financial institutions and entrepreneurs at 60 participants.
